Özet

Klavikülanın tüberkülozu, iskelet sistemi tüberkülozu arasında bile oldukça nadir görülür. Kronik omuz ağrısı olan hastalarda akla getirilmesi önerilen patolojiler arasındadır. Hastalığın ortaya çıkmasında, bağışıklığı etkileyen predispozan etkenlerin önemli rolü vardır. Bizim hastamız altmış yaşında, son on yıldır romatoid artrit nedeniyle kortikosteroid tedavi alan kadın hastaydı. Dört aydır sağ sternoklaviküler eklem bölgesinde şişlik ve sağ omuz ağrısı mevcuttu. Görüntüleme yöntemleriyle önce malignite olduğu düşünülen lezyondan alınan biyopsi sonucu, klavikülada nekrotizan osteomyelit olarak rapor edildi.
