Abstract

Primary adrenal lymphoma is an extremely rare entity. One hundred cases have been reported in both Western and Eastern countries over the past 40 years. Bilateral enlargement of adrenal glands should raise the suspicion of lymphoma especially in patients with clinical or labarotory features of adrenal insufiency. We aimed to report unilateral giant adrenal lymphoma without adrenal insufficiency.

Özet

Primer adrenal lenfoma oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. Son 40 yıl içerisinde Doğu ve Batı ülkelerinden toplam 100 vaka bildirilmiştir. Adrenal yetmezliğin klinik ve laboratuar bulgularıyla beraber, radyolojik olarak diffüz bilateral adrenalde büyüme adrenal lenfoma tanısı düşündürür. Biz adrenal yetmezliği olmayan ve tek taraflı dev adrenal lenfoma vakamızı sunmayı amaçladık.
