Abstract

In this paper, we aimed to report a case of a 54 year old woman with a hypoplasia of right kidney and cholelitiazis. The patient was treated successfully using transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery LESS . The case patient was discharged uneventfully on postoperative second day. Transumbilical single site surgery is a feasible, effective and safe method and this can be performed safely in selected patients

Özet

Bu yazıda, sağ hipoplazik böbreği ve kolelityazisi olan 54 yaşındaki kadın hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. Hasta transumbilikal laparo-endoskopik tek port cerrahi uygulanarak başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edildi. Hasta ameliyat sonrası ikinci gün sorunsuz olarak taburcu edildi. Transumbilikal tek port cerrahi kolay uygulanabilir, etkili ve güvenli bir yöntemdir. Bu yöntem seçilmiş vakalarda güvenle uygulanabilir
