In this article we present a patient that referred as meningococcemia from a medical center and carrying the typical findings of AIHE presenting with pneumonia. Our purpose was to remember this rare disease in the differantial diagnosis with especially, meningococsemia, Henoch-Schönlein Purpura and the other purpuric rashes.
