Abstract

Brucellosis is common all over the world. Frequency of the disease is inversely proportional to the level of development of countries. In our country brucellosis is endemic in many areas. Brucellosis is a systemic disease. Skeletal system involvement is most common. Patients with skin lesions and clinical symptoms are rarely seen. In this case report, a 50 years old female patient who had brucellosis with cough, fever, papular rash on both ankles and legs was presented.

Özet

Bruselloz tüm dünyada yaygın olarak görülmekte olup sıklığı ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyi ile ters orantılıdır. Ülkemizde birçok bölgede endemik olarak görülmektedir. Bruselloz sistemik bir hastalıktır ve en sık iskelet sistemi tutulmaktadır, deri lezyonları ile klinik semptomları bulunan olgulara nadiren rastlanmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda öksürük, ateş, yüksekliği ve her iki ayak bileğinde makülopapüler lezyon yakınması ile polikliniğe başvuran bir bruselloz olgusu sunulmaktadır.
