Abstract

Low back pain is a common health problem in community. In this article, we want to present a case which is believed to treat the low back pain with wrong and threading way such as sewing to skin by quilting needle. A 48-year-old male patient was admitted the clinic with low back pain. In the clinic examination of lumbar region, we inspected the sewing thread and ulcerated skin which had infected circumference and ecchimotic entry zone on the L5 spinous prominence. Commitment to the traditional treatments of the area are known by doctors working in the area and this situation is frequently observed in clinical practice.
