In this study, Hyaluronic acid (Hyalovet" 20 ) is consi¬dered a new aspect Tor treatment of calf with keratocon-junctivitis. It has been also investigated effects for me-lalloproleinases . In the study, first of all, mctalloproleinases were shown in tears by zymography which were collected from the calves with keratoconjunctivitis and control. Bu çalışma bıızağılardaki Iravmatik keratokonjımktiviti¬sin sağaltımına yeni bir yaklaşım olaeak hyaluronik asi¬lin (Ilyalovct" 20) kullanılması ve bunun metalloprolc-inaz (MMF) enzimleri üzerine etkisini ortaya koyması için yapıldı. Çalışmada. Iravmalik kcratokonjunklivitis teşhisi konu¬lan ve kontrol grubunu oluşturan buzağılardan toplanan göz yaşında metalloproteinaz enzimlerinin etkileri zymography (enzimgral'i) yöntemleri ile ortaya kondu. Bu enzimlerin aktif halde olup-olmadığı modil'iye edilen I.ÎLISA yöntemiyle gösterildi. Yapılan sağaltım sonucun¬da, hyaluronik asil kullanılan hayvanlardan toplanan göz yaşının analizinde, korneada yıkımlarıma yapan metal-loproleinazlarm baskılandığı gösterildi ve bu sonuç lite¬ratür bilgi ile tartışıldı.
