Abstract

The trauma of pancreas is seen rarely. These kind of traumas, sometimes can be made by low energic forces. In this paper, an isolated pancreatic trauma, by falling from a bicycle, is rewievedby the help of literature. Diagnosis of isolated pancreatic trauma is difficult. Interestingly, in this case peritoneal lavage, blood amilase level, sonografi or CTdidn't help the diagnosis. So, the diagnosis is delayed. After a successful surgery, the patient is dismissed by getting well.

Özet

İzole pankreas travması seyrek olarak görülür. Bu tür travmalar bazen düşük enerjili kuvvetler tarafından oluşturulur. Çalışmamızda bisikletten düşmeyle meydana gelen izole pankreas bir travması literatür eşliğinde incelenmektedir. Pankreas travmasının tanısı güçtür. Bu olguda peritoneal lavaj, kan amilaz seviyesi, sonografi ve BT tanıya yardım etmedi. Böylece tanı gecikti, ancak başarılı bir cerrahi sonrasında hasta şifa ile taburcu edildi.
