Abstract
In a patient who applied to our outpatient clinic with productive coughing and exertional dyspne with a long time history, we established Kartagener's syndrome. That's why this syndrome is rare and easly confused with other pulmonary diseases we are presenting this case.
Özet
Polikliniğimize uzun süreden beri olan öksürük, balgam çıkarma ve eforla ortaya çıkan nefes darlığı yakınmaları ile başvuran bir hastaya Kartagener sendromu tanısı konuldu. Nadir görülmesi ve solunum sisteminin diğer hastalıkları ile karışabilmesi dolayısıyla yayınlamayı uygun gördük.
