A case of very large condyloma acuminatum located in inguinal region in a 62 years old male 40 years history was treated by surgical excision and split thickness skin graft. Altough it had very long history there was no malign transformation in histo-pathologjcal examination. We presented it because of its unusual size and long history without malign transformation.

Altmış iki yaşında bir hastada kırk yıllık bir öyküye sahip inguinal yerleşimli büyük bir condyloma acuminatum vakası eksizyon sonrası ince kalınlıkta deri grefti ile onarıldı. Bu kadar uzun bir öyküye rağmen, malign transformasyon göstermeyişi ve büyük boyutları sebebi ile sunuldu.
