Abstract

Calcifications are mostly specific for benign tumors and masive calsification within lung cancer is rarely seen. The patient who applies with back pain, has a tumor which has well defined margins with diffused calcification in right lower lobe. The case has been presented because of his unusual radiological appeareance.

Özet

Kalsifikasyonlar büyük çoğunlukla selim tümörlere özgü bir bulgudur ve masif kalsifikasyon içeren akciğer karsinomları nadir görülmektedir. Burada sırt ağrısı ile başvuran ve sağ lobda, düzgün, sınırlı, içinde yaygın kalsifikasyonların izlendiği kitle olan olgu, alışılmadık radyolojik görünümü sebebi ile sunulmuştur.
