Abstract

Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is a vasculitis, characterized by necrotizing granulomatous lesions of respiratory tract and necrotizing glomerulonephritis. Positive c-ANCA titers, upper respiratory tract, lung and kidney biopsies are beneficial in diagnosis. Here, we report four cases of WG diagnosed with nasal, lung, kidney biopsies in last two years. While one of them had limited diseases, three had widespread disease.

Özet

Wegener granulomatozisi (WG) solunum yollarının nekrotizan granülomatöz lezyonları ve nekrotizan glomerülonefrit ile karakterize bir vaskülitidir. Üst solunum yolları, akciğer ve böbrek biyopsileri, c-ANCA pozitifliği tanıda yararlıdır. Burada, son iki yılda nazal, akciğer ve böbrek biyopsileri ile tanı koyulan biri sınırlı, üçü yaygın hastalıklı dört WG'li hasta sunulmaktadır.
