Abstract

A 22-year-man was admitted to our division with shortness of breath, cough and weakness, mild fever and swelling in his legs. Auscultation revealed decrease of breathing sounds and fine crackles under left scapula. During the treatment, skin lesions were appeared in scrotal zone compatible with Behcet's disease. Thorax dynamic computed tomography and pulmonary magnetic resonance angiography revealed central and peripheral multifocal pulmonary arterial aneurysms with thrombosis in bilateral middle fields. The patient was diagnosed as Behcet's disease with lung involvement and be-gan steroid therapy. After six months began treatment, in control pulmonary magnetic resonance angiography scan sho-wed right ventricular thrombus, while regression of aneurysms.

Özet

Yirmiiki yaşında erkek hasta, nefes darlığı, öksürük, göğüs ağrısı, halsizlik, hafif ateş ve bacaklarında şişme yakınmalarıyla yatırıldı. Oskültasyonla kaidelerde solunum seslerinde azalma ve sol skapula altında ince railer duyuldu. Her iki bacak çevresinde artış saptandı. Hastada skrotal bölgede Behçet hastalığı ile uyumlu deri lezyonları ortaya çıktı. Toraks dinamik bilgisayarlı tomografi ve akciğer manyetik rezonans anjiyografisinde bilateral orta zonlarda santral ve periferik multifokal pulmoner arter anevrizmaları saptandı. Behçet hastalığının akciğer tutulumu olarak kabul edilen hastaya steroid tedavisi başlandı. Hastanın altı ay sonra yapılan akciğer manyetik rezonans anjiyografisinde anevrizmatik değişiklikler de belirgin regresyon saptanırken sağ ventrikülde trombus geliştiği görüldü
