Abstract

Thrombocytopenia with tuberculosis is not common and can be occurred by several of mechanism. When we found thrombocytopenia in tuberculosis we should make the specific diagnosis for thrombocytopenia and start the specific treatment immediately. We aimed to emphasize the importance of the thrombocytopenia and the approach of the thrombocytopenia by presenting three cases with pulmonary tuberculosis and thrombocytopenia with different etiology.

Özet

Tüberkülozlu hastalarda trombositopeni seyrek olarak ve çeşitli mekanizmalarla oluşan bir durumdur. Tüberkülozlu hastalarda trombositopeni saptandığında hızlı bir şekilde trombositopeninin sebebinin saptanması ve özgün tedavinin başlan¬ması gerekmektedir. Bu yazıda farklı etyolojiler ile trombositopeni gelişen akciğer tüberkülozlu üç olgu sunarak tüberkülozlu hastalarda trombositopeninin önemini ve trombositopeniye yaklaşımı vurgulamayı amaçladık.
