Abstract

Many organizations have downsized and there are continuing pressures to implement increasingly horizontal organizational structures. Both the improvement of information techonology and the changes of organizational stmcture and management is clear that the development of virtual organizational and worker is support. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of virtual work on virtual worker and virtual organization.

Özet

Pek çok örgüt küçülmekte ve yatay organizasyon yapılarını uygulama baskısı altında kalmaktadır. Hem enformasyon teknolojilerindeki ilerlemenin ve hem de örgüt yapısı ile yönetimindeki değişimlerin, sanal örgüt, sanal çalışma ve sanal işgörenin gelişimine katkı sağladığı açıktır. Bu makalenin amacı, sanal çalışmanın sanal işgören ye sanal örgüt üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir.
