Abstract
The Urban open spaces planning provides the securing of the spatial and functional order which is formed by the green areas and elements between each other and building which are arised in the duration of town developments. Open spaces in the urban areas have hygenical, estethical, psychological ecological and economical functions. In the study the open and green spaces needs on the base of three district within the boundaries of Konya municipality according to the standards of Ministry of Construction and Housine is examined. In the research, after examination of related documents and observations, the recent condition of open and green areas in Konya has been brought up and suggestions have been made to create brought open and grean areas system.
Özet
Kentsel yeşil alan planlaması, kent içindeki tüm yeşil alan elemanların birbirleriyle ve kent gelişimi sürecinde ortaya çıkan yapılarla, mekansal ve fonksiyonel yönden oluşturduğu düzenin güvence altına alınmasını sağlar. Açık ve yeşil alanların kent içinde, kentin sağlığı ve estetiği ile ekolojik ve ekonomik yönden pekçok işlevleri vardır. Bu araştırmada Bayındırlık İskan Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen standartlara göre Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırlan içinde üç ilçede açık ve yeşil alan açığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; elde edilen kaynakların değerlendirilmesi ve yapılan gözlemler sonucunda kent için yeterli açık yeşil alan sistemi oluşturulmasına ilişkin öneri geliştirilmiştir.
