Abstract

We carried out this study in the region located in the southern of the Aegean Sea and Turkish landwaters. The sediments samples which were collected from the determined 59 stations. In these samples the concentrations of Carbon (%) min. 1.3, max. 13.1 and mean 5.69 and burnable substance (%) min. 2.1, max. 16.8 and mean 6.26 were measured. In addition the substances which contribute to the organic pollution and the changings are depended on the location were investigated. The results were compared with other studies and presented in the tables and figures.
