We report a 41 -year-old man with Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome, who presented with complex partial status epilepticus. Seizures were controlled by the administra-tion of midazolam infusion. Neurological examination showed mild mental retardation, epileptic personality characteristics, and some loss of skills on the right side.

Bu yazıda, kompleks parsiyel status epi-leptikus nedeniyle izlenen Dyke-Davidoff-Masson sendromlu, 41 yaşındaki bir erkek hasta sunuldu. Mida-zolam infüzyonu ile nöbetleri kontrol altına olgunun nö-rolojik muayenesinde hafif zeka geriliği, epileptik kişilik özellikleri ve sağ tarafta hafif beceriksizlik belirlendi.
