It is expected that all necessary sources needed for a construction project has to be included in the project at the required time with necessary amount like the other sectors. However under constrained source conditions, these expectations could not always be satisfied. Özet
Bütün diğer sektörlerde olduğu gibi inşaat sektöründe de planlanan bir yapım işi için gerekli olan kaynakların öngörülen zaman ve miktarda projeye dahil olması beklenmektedir. Ancak, kaynakların kısıtlı olduğu koşullarda bu beklentilerin her zaman gerçekleşmesi mümkün olamamaktadır. Henüz planlama aşamasında iken yapım süresince oluşabilecek kaynak tahsisinin yapının maliyeti ve süresine etkilerinin bilinmesi, gerek yatırımcı gerekse yüklenici için gereklidir. Bu çalışmada, bir sağlık ocağı inşaatı için gereken kaynaklar Bayındırlık ve İskan Bakanlığı birim fiyat sistemiyle hesaplanarak, işçilik kaynaklarına uygulanan kısıtlamaların projenin süresine ve maliyetine etkisi incelenmiştir.
