Abstract

In this study, the relationship between the estimated costs and actual costs of public building construction projects has been investigated by using the related data which belongs to various public building construction projects undertaken between the years 1990 and 2002. Within the direction of this aim, amount of work, total cost and changes in unit prices have been determined.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, 1990-2002 yılları arasında yapımı gerçekleştirilmiş olan kamuya ait bina inşaatlarının keşif bedelleri ve maliyet bilgileri ele alınarak, başlangıçta öngörülen yaklaşık maliyet bedeli ile iş sonunda gerçekleşen maliyet bedeli arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, ülke genelinde yapımı tamamlanan afet konutları ve kaymakam evleri örnek olarak seçilerek iş hacmi, toplam maliyet ve birim maliyet değişimleri tespit edilmiştir.
