Abstract

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma may extend into the skull base and cranium but orbital invasion of this cancer is very rare. The aim of this study is to report a case of orbital invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma imitating preseptal cellulitis and to emphasize evaluation of whole body system when dealing with orbital problems.
