Abstract

The most important sign of Brown's syndrome which can be described as 'superior oblique tendon sheath syndrome' is limited elevation in adduction. The condition may be congenital or acquired; permanent or intermitant. Recent findings suggest that anormalities in tendon-trochlea complex may be the cause of this syndrome. Here in this article, we discussed a 5-year-old child with acquired Brown's syndrome secondary to sinusitis whose symptoms ceased after treatment.
