Familial Mediterranean fever or paroxysmal polyserositis (FMF) is an inherited disorder of unknown etiology characterized by recurrent episodes of fever, peritonitis and pleuritis. Artritis, skin lesions and amyloidosis are seen in some patients. In this case report, a female patient with recurrent iridocyclitic attacks, who had FMF together with two brothers were presented. Association with uveitis is rarely defined with this inflammatory disease.

Ailesel Akdeniz ateşi yada tekrarlayan poliserözit (FMF) etiyolojisi henüz bilinmeyen, tekrarlayan ateşli epizodlar, peritonit, plevrit ile karakterize kalıtsal bir hastalıktır. Bazı hastalarda artrit, cilt lezyonları ve amiloidoz görülebilir. Olgu sunumunda tekrarlayan iridosiklit atakları tanımlayan, kendinde ve iki erkek kardeşinde ailesel Akdeniz ateşi bulunan kadın hasta sunulmaktadır. Bu enflamatuar hastalıkta üveit nadir rastlanan bir birlikteliktir.
