Abstract

Space occupying masses of the orbit especially anterior localized ones could lead to mechanical ptosis. Conjunctival epithelial cysts are the rare lesions lined by classical conjunctival epithelium which could be primary or secondary to trauma or surgery. Here we report a case of 20 years old patient presented with upper eyelid ptosis and diagnosed as orbital conjunctival epithelial cyst.
