Abstract

Nanophthalmus (dwarf eye) is a bilateral congenital disorder in which the axial length of the eye is less than 20 mm, and is not associated with ocular or systemic abnormalities. Visual acuity is generally low even in uncomplicated cases of nanophthalmos. Herein, we report the typical macular appearance and associated angiographic features of a case of nanophthalmos diagnosed in our clinic
