Abstract

The implants which are used for a variety of reasons complications have been reported at different rates, such as exposure of the orbital implant, expulsion and migration. When the orbital implant can not be changed and must be removed, dermofat grafts to fill the orbital volume is the best alternative. In this study, authors present dermofat graft application in a patient whose implant had to be removed.
