İdyopatik pulmoner hemosiderozis hemoptizi, demir eksikliği anemisi ve göğüs radyogramında diffüz parankimal infiltrasyonla karakterize nadir bir alveoler hemoraji nedenidir. Burada hemoptizi, yorgunluk yakınmaları ile başvuran ve akciğer biyopsisi ile tanı alan on dokuz yaşında bir olguyu sunmak istedik (Pam Med J 2008;2(2):95-97)
