Abstract

Perinatal mortality at Pamukkale University Hospital in 1999 was prospectively analyzed. There were 280 births, stillbirth and livebirth, weighing more than 500 g or born after the 22nd gestational week. Six of 280 births were stillbirth and 4 of 274 livebirth babies died in the early neonatal period. The perinatal mortality rate was calculated as 35/1000. Stillbirth rate was 21/1000 and early neonatal mortality rate was 14/1000.

Pamukkale Üniversitesi Hastanesi'nin 1999 yılı perinatal mortalitesi ileriye dönük olarak değerlendirildi. 1999 yılında Doğum Kliniğinde 500 g'dan veya 22 gebelik haftasından daha büyük 280 canlı ve ölü doğum oldu. 280 doğumun 6'sı ölü doğumdu. Dördü erken neonatal dönemde kaybedildi. Perinatal mortalite hızı binde 35, ölü doğum hızı binde 21, erken neonatal mortalite hızı binde 14 olarak bulundu.
