Familial combined hyperlipidemia (FCHL) generally presents in adulthood but can be rarely identified in children. Familyal kombine hiperlipidemi(FCHL) genellikle adult dönemde ortaya çıkar. Çocukluk döneminde çok nadirdir. FCHL miks hiperlipidemi olup genellikle kolesterol ve lipit yüksekliği ile birliktedir. Otozomal dominant geçişli bir bozukluk olarak düşünülmekte olup genetik şifresi bulunamamıştır. Etkilenen ailenin çocukları tespit edilmeli, uygun diyet ve ilaç tedavisi ile erken dönem kalp hastalığı önlenmelidir. Bu vaka çocukluk çağında nadir görüldüğü ve diğer anomalilerle birlikte olduğu için sunulmuştur.
