Abstract
Primary pulmonary lymphomas are uncommon tumours and they form less than 0.5 % of lung neoplasms. Most of the primary pulmonary lymphomas arise from bronchial mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (BALT). In this study, histopathologic arid immunohistochemical findings of a case with a low grade BALT lymphoma is reported. Glinical, histological and immunological findings should be evaluated together for the differential diagnosis of pulmonary lymphoproliferative lesions.
Özet
Akciğer'in primer non- Hodgkin lenfoması tüm akciğer tümörlerinin %0.5'inden azını meydana getiren nadir bir lezyondur. Primer akciğer non-Hodgkin lenfomaların çoğunluğu bronşiyal mukozaya eşlik eden lenfoid dokudan (BALT) kaynaklanır. Bu çalışmada low grade BALT lenfoma tanısı almış bir olgunun klinik, histolojik ve immünhistokimyasal özellikleri bildirildi. Akciğerin lenfoid lezyonlarının ayırıcı tanısında , klinik, histolojik ve immünhistokimyasal bulgular birlikte değerlendirilmelidir.
