Abstract
Granular cell tumor is rare neoplasm thought to arise in neural tissue resembling Schwann cells. This tumor was first described by Abrikossoff in 1926. Since that time there have been approximately 1000 cases reported. Here we report granular cell tumor of the ovary that was found incidentally.
Özet
Granüler hücreli tümör nadir bir tümör olup, Schwann hücrelerini andıran nöral dokudan geliştiği düşünülmektedir. Bu tümör ilk defa Abrikossoff tarafından 1926 yılında tariflenmiştir. O zamandan beri yaklaşık 1000 vaka yayınlanmıştır. Burada tesadüfen bulunan overde granular hücreli tümör bildirilmiştir.
