"Ondine's curse" olarak da adlandırılan doğumsal santral alveoler hipoventilasyon sendromu (DSAHS) ile nörokristopati grubunda yer alan diğer hastalıkların görülme sıklığı yüksektir. Bunlardan biri olan Hirschsprung hastalığının eşlik ettiği bir olgumuz, tanı özellikleri ve ülkemiz şartlarında tedavi zorluğunu vurgulamak amacı ile sunulmaktadır.
