Abstract

Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome is a rare disorder of ocular motility. The eyes have a state of usually continuous, involuntary, rapid, arrhytmic and conjugate movements. The syndrome is often accompanied by myoclonus, anxiety, encephalopathy, limb and truncal ataxia. It is seen with intoxications, or encephalitis, as well as with neoplasms. We present a case of a Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome, which is diagnosed by typical clinical findings.
