Abstract

Congenital laryngeal cyst is an uncommon disorder characterized by the stridor. In this paper two cases of congenital laryngeal cyst with stridor is reported. Servical computerized tomography revealed intralaryngeal cystic lesion in both cases. They were treated with endotracheal surgical approach and stridor disappeared completely.

Özet

Konjenital laringeal kist stridorla karakterize sık görülmeyen bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda yenidoğan döneminde ortaya çıkan stridor yakınması olan iki hasta sunulmaktadır. Her iki olguda da servikal bilgisayarlı tomografi ile intralaringeal kistik lezyon saptandı. Hastalar endotrakeal cerrahi yöntemle tedavi edildiler ve operasyon sonrası şikayetleri tamamen kayboldu.
