The data was collected by a questionnaire that was base on literature. Results: It was found that 54% of the nurses were in 21-27 age groups, 38% was graduated from 2 years college, 36% have been working since 4-7 years. The results showed that there is a significant difference between nurses working duration and knowledge Neupogen (p<0.05). Conclusion: It has been found that most of the nurses have knowledge about the aim of drug administration and application, interval of drug, dilution fluid and bone pain as a main side effect of Nuepogen and the pain control.
