Abstract

This study was carried out in a natural pasture in 2012-2013. Plants were collected in different stages of development. Some of the physical and chemical analyzes of soil grows of plant specimens were conducted. Identification and distribution percentages of plants collected from natural pasture were determined. As well as some properties of crude ash contents dry matter ratio, crude protein content, of plants collected were also investigated. The highest protein content in the study was determined as % 9.59 during the first development stage of plant. Soil samples were taken at development of plants to determine soil respiration. The highest CO2 output was obtained in fourth development period (60 mg/CO2/g/ 24 hours). The soil samples examined in different developmental plant stages changes in enzyme activities. The highest catalase activity, the second growth phase (28.78 ml O2/5 g soil), the high alkaline phosphatase activity, fourth the development stage (205.85 µg PNP/g soil) and the highest urease activity, determined during fourth the developmental period. The highest Dehydrogenase enzyme activity was determined AT 3. stage averaging 74.88 µg TPF/ g soil.
