Abstract

In our clinic 17 pédiatrie femoral diafiz fractures were treated with Orthofix external fixation, we had loss of reduction in 4 cases and one of them has undergone open reduction and internal fixation. The average patient age was 8,5 (5-12). 6 patients had open fractures.Average operation time was 7 days (2-12 days) and average discharge time was 14 days (4-40). The average duration in thefixator was 102 days(55-146 days). Average control time was 24,5 months (7- 40 months). 5 cases had pin tract infections. At the last clinic visit, average angulation at the fracture site was 3, 75 degress (0-12) in AP plane and 3,2 degress (0-12) in lateral plane.

Son kontrol grafilerinde AP grafıde ortalama 3.75 (0-12) derece lateral grafide ortalama 3,2 (0-12) derece angulayon tespit edilmiştir.
