Jinekolojik ve üriner sistemin konjenital malformasyonları embriyolojik olarak bağlantılı olup sıklıkla genç yaşta ortaya çıkarlar. Burada iki hastada müller kanalının nadir konjenital anomalilerinden olan, dismenore ve akut karın semptomları gösteren, uterus didelfis, obstrükte hemivajina ve ipsilateral renal agenez olgusu sunulmuş, tanı ve cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.
