Abstract

Tenosynovial giant cell tumor of tendon sheath is a benign, slowly growing, solitary and the second most common tumor of the hand. It is usually localized and not diffuse. A 21 year old man whose primary tumor had extended the whole length of index finger and palm and had been present for 4 years is presented.
