Abstract

Mediastinal, pulmonary and metastatic masses are among the comman causes are frequently caused vena of cava superior syndrome. A patient with rezected tymoma was admitted to our clinic. We performed right subclavian vein and right internal jugulary vein through the vena cava süperior with dacron graft. The patient was evaluated and discussed in the Wiew of literature knowledge.

Özet

Metastatik, pulmoner veya mediyastinel kitleler, vena kava süperior sendromunun en sık nedenleri arasındadır. Kliniğimize timoma rezeksiyonu sonrası, vena kava süperior sendromlu hastaya sağ subklavyan ven, sağ internal juguler ven ile vena kava süperior arasına dakron tüp greft interpoze edildi. Timoma invazyonuna bağlı vena kava süperior sendromu olgusu literatürlerle incelenerek sunulmuştur.
