Özet
iİki yıldır devam eden dismenore nedeniyle başvuran 16 yaşındaki bir hastanın yapılan transabdominal ultrasonografik değerlendirmesinde nonkomünikan rudimanter horn'lu unikornuat uterus saptandı. Laparoskopik olarak rudimanter horn eksizyonu uygulandı. Ultrasonografi ve laparoskopi nadir görülen bu Müllerian anomalinin tanı ve tedavisinde etkili yöntemlerdir.
