Transfusion related acute lung injury is an uncommon complication presenting with dyspnea, fever and hypotension. Its incidence is 0.04% to 0.16% per patient administered transfusion. It is a clinical entity that can frequently be confused with pump lung in patients who are performed cardiopulmonary bypass. Transfüzyon ile ilişkili akut akciğer hasarı nefes darlığı, ateş ve hipotansiyon ile kendini gösteren nadir bir komplikasyondur. Sıklığı transfüzyon uygulanan hasta başına %0.04-0.16'dir. Kardiyopulmoner baypas uygulanan hastalarda pompa akciğeri ile sık karıştırılabilecek bir klinik antitedir.
