Perkutan koroner girişimlerde koroner stentler düşük restenoz oranları ile önemli bir yere sahiptirler. Çok geç dönemdeki stent trombozları ilaç kaplı stentlerde karşılaşılan bir sorun olup altında yatan mekanizma net olarak ortaya konamamıştır. Çok geç stent trombozlarından korunmada ikili antiplatalet tedavinin süresi iyi belirlenmeli ve yeni nesil stent gelişim süreçlerinde bu sorun dikkate alınmalıdırBiz bu yazımızda akut anteroseptal miyokart enfarktüsü tanısı ile yapılan koroner anjiografıde çok geç stent trombozu saptadığımız bir olguyu sunduk.
