Abstract

Major radiological findings in penetrating thoracic trauma are pneumothorax, hemothorax, hemopneumothorax. Pulmonary artery injuries see very rare without pneumothorax, hemothorax or hemopneumothorax. In our study, we aimed to share the left lower lobe pulmonary artery injury that is not accompanied by pneumothorax and hemothorax brought to the emergency due to firearm injury.

Özet

Penetran toraks travmalarında başlıca radyolojik bulgular, pnömotoraks, hemotoraks, hemopnömotorakstır. Pnömotoraks, hemotoraks ya da hemopnömotoraksın eşlik etmediği pulmoner arter yaralanması şimdiye kadar bildirilmemiştir. Çalışmamızda, ateşli silah yaralanması nedeniyle acil servise getirilen pnömotoraks ve hemotoraksın eşlik etmediği sol alt lob pulmoner arter yaralanmasını paylaşmayı amaçladık.
