Chiari ağı, ekokardiyografik olarak kolayca saptanabilen ancak yanlışlıkla patolojik bir oluşum olarak değerlendirilebilen, kalp içi normal bir oluşum (varyant) dur. Burada biri öpere edilen, diğeri ise normal olarak değeriendirilen iki Chiari ağı olgusu sunulmuştur.
