Abstract
Involvement of the ovaries by the malignant lymphoma is a late manifestation of the nodal disease. However primary over lymphoma rarely occurs. A 71 years old woman with diffuse non-Hodgkin's primary ovarian lymphoma is presented. Microscopically tumor consisted of atypical small and large lymphoid cells without follicle formation. Immunohistochemically the tumor cells reacted (positively) with LCA and CD, 79, CD 3 was negative. Patient was treated with total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-ooforectomi. She had no any evidence of disease after 3 months of operation. The case reviewed on the light of that literature.

Malign lenfomada överlerin tutulumu yaygın nodal hastalığın geç döneminde ortaya çıkar. Buna karşın primer over lenfoması oldukça ender görülür. Bu yazıda 71 yaşında non-Hodgkin diffüz primer over lenfomalı bir kadın hasta sunuldu. Tümör mikroskopik olarak follikül yapısı oluşturmayan atipik küçük ve büyük lenfoid hücrelerden oluşmuştu. İmmünhistokimyasal olarak tümör hücreleri LCA ile (+), T hücre belirleyicisi olan CD 3 ile (-) reaksiyon gösterdi. Hasta histerektomi ve bilateral salpingo-ooforektomi ile tedavi edildi. Cerrahi sonrası 3 aylık izlemede hastalığın herhangi bir bulgusunu göstermedi. Olgu bu konudaki literatür ışığında tekrar gözden geçirildi.
