Midenin mezenkimal tümörleri oldukça nadir görülen lezyonlardır. Gastrik lipomlar bu grubun nadir görülen tümörleridir. Kliniğimizde 73 yaşında bir kadın hasta malign mide tümörü ön tanısıyla öpere edilmiş ve patolojik değer¬lendirmesi mezenkimal ve inflamatuar kom-ponentler içeren bir lipom olarak bildirilmiştir. Bu olgu sunularak gastrik lipomların özellikleri tartışılmıştır.
