Abstract
Fingertip amputations are one of the most common hand injuries. Form, function and sensation should be acomplished while reconstructing this region. Transverse amputations of fingertip can easily be reconstructed by various local flaps. However oblique amputations posses some difficulties. Homodigital neurovascular island flaps are one of the treatment options in this region, nine patients with palmar oblique fingertip amputations were reconstructed by homodigital neurovascular island flaps. Successful results were obtained by this technique presented here

Parmak ucu amputasyonlan el travmalarının en sık görülen şeklidir. Bu bölgenin rekonstrüksiyonunda şekil, duyu ve fonksiyonun tam olarak sağlanmasına önem verilmelidir. Parmak ucunun transvers amputasyonlan çeşitli lokal fleplerle iyi bir şekilde onarılmakla birlikte, oblik amputasyonların rekonstrüksiyonu sorun yaratabilmektedir. Kliniğimize başvuran palmar oblik parmak ucu amputasyonu olan dokuz hastaya homodigital nörovasküler ada flebi ile onarım uygulandı. Hastaların postoperatif izlemlerinde başarılı sonuçlar alındı.
