Congenital anterior urethral diverticulum is an uncommon abnormality in children usually presenting as a fluctuant ventral penile swelling. It causes lower urinary tract obstruction, and thus recurrent urinary tract infections. An eighteen-month-old boy was brought with the complaints of a swelling in the penis and dripping like voiding which first was noticed in the neonatal period. Konjenital anterior üretra divertikülü, genellikle penis ventralinde fluktuan bir şişlik şeklinde bulgu veren ve çocuklarda ender karşılaşılan bir anormalliktir. Alt üriner sistemde obstrüksiyona ve böylece yineleyen idrar yolu enfeksiyonlarına neden olur. On sekiz aylık erkek hasta, ilk olarak yenidoğan döneminde fark edilen, peniste şişlik ve damlatma tarzında idrar yapma yakınmaları ile getirildi. Konjenital anterior üretra divertikülü tanısı konulan hasta erken tanı ve tedavisinin öneminin vurgulanması amacıyla sunuldu.
