Abstract

Rudimenter horn is one of the developmental anomalies of the uterus and pregnancy in a rudimentary horn of the uterus is a rare clinical condition with a reported incidence of 1 in 100,000 to 140,000 pregnancies. Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn increases the risk of rupture, abortus, ectopic pregnancy, preterm delivery, intrauterine growth retardation, developing complications such as malpresentation. In this case we aimed to present 18 weeks gestational rudimentary horn ruptured uterus and intraabdominal replacement of fetus with MRI.
